Here at Bellissima we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your garment does not fit, or the colour is not as you imagined, please email or chat with us online.

Our aim is to give you the best retail therapy we can. If you need to return an item we can initiate your choice of exchange, refund or credit.
We do require that the item is unwashed, unworn and in original packaging.
The cost of returning your items to Bellissima is your responsibility.
We can in no way be held responsible for the return of items, not organised by our store.
If there is an issue with lost items in transit, it is your responsibility as the sender to contact your chosen freight distributor.
We do recommend using parcel tracking when returning items in case of delivery issues.
We will happily cover the cost of postage for any exchange item back to you. 
Return shipping
We cover shipping if a refund and or exchange is due to a faulty item. Please be assured, these instances are very rare as Bellissima uses only the best fibers and newest technologies in their manufacturing.
